Last updated: September 4, 2026
At SpotTiva ("SpotTiva," "we," "our," or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you provide when you use our mobile application and website.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have regarding your information when you use SpotTiva.
1. About SpotTiva
SpotTiva is a local discovery and booking marketplace that connects customers with local businesses and service providers. Customers can discover businesses, view business profiles, communicate with businesses, make bookings, save places, and leave reviews.
Business owners can create and manage business profiles, services, operating hours, media, bookings, customer communications, and reviews. A user may use both customer and business-owner functionality through the same account.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use SpotTiva. We may collect information that you provide directly, information generated when you use the Service, and technical information necessary to operate and secure the platform.
Account Information
When you create or manage an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, country, and other profile information that you choose to provide.
Account information may be used to authenticate your account, provide account-related services, communicate with you, and maintain the security of your account.
Location Information
SpotTiva uses location information to provide location-aware discovery and help you find businesses and services that are relevant to your location.
Depending on the features you use and the permissions you provide, location information may be obtained from your device or from information you enter manually.
You can manage device location permissions through your device settings. Some location-based features may not function correctly if location access is disabled.
Business Information
If you create or manage a business profile, we collect the information you provide about the business. This may include the business name, category, description, contact information, address or service area, map location, operating hours, services, prices, service duration, facilities, tags, logo, cover image, gallery images, and availability.
Business profile information is used to create and display your business listing and to enable customers to discover, contact, and book your business.
Bookings
When you make or manage a booking, we collect information necessary to create and manage the booking. This may include the selected business, service, date, time, booking status, and information associated with the customer and business involved in the booking.
Booking information allows customers and businesses to view and manage upcoming and previous bookings and enables businesses to accept, reject, reschedule, complete, or cancel bookings where applicable.
Messages and Communications
SpotTiva allows customers and businesses to communicate directly through the application. We may collect and store messages and media that you send through the Service so that the messaging functionality can operate.
Message information may include message content, images or other media, conversation participants, timestamps, read status, and related communication information.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through SpotTiva messages unless it is necessary for your interaction with the recipient.
Reviews, Ratings and User Content
When you submit a review, rating, photo, or other content through SpotTiva, we collect and process that content.
Reviews and ratings may be displayed publicly or to other users as part of a business profile. Business owners may be able to respond to reviews associated with their businesses.
Favorites and Saved Places
If you save a business or place as a favorite, we process that information to provide your saved places and related account functionality.
Notifications
SpotTiva may use push notifications to provide information relating to your account, bookings, messages, and other Service activity.
You can manage push notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving certain timely updates from the application.
Technical and Device Information
When you use SpotTiva, technical information may be processed to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Service. This may include information such as device-related information, application activity, network information, error information, and information necessary to authenticate and maintain your session.

Between Customers and Businesses
When you interact with a business through SpotTiva, certain information necessary for that interaction may be made available to the other party.
For example, a business may receive information necessary to manage a customer's booking, while customers may see information contained in a public business profile.

This may include the business name, category, description, services, images, location, operating hours, ratings, reviews, facilities, and other information provided for the public profile.
Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to help operate SpotTiva, including providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, authentication, media storage, maps or location functionality, notifications, application operation, and other technical services.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

If payment functionality is enabled, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment information may be collected and processed by the applicable payment provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
SpotTiva does not intend to require users to send payment-card information through ordinary messages or reviews.
6. Location and Maps
Location-based functionality is an important part of SpotTiva. We use location information to support nearby discovery, location-aware search, maps, and business location features.
Business owners may also provide a business address or map location. Information deliberately published as part of a public business listing may be visible to other users.
7. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the information and content you choose to submit to SpotTiva.
Content such as business information, reviews, ratings, photos, and other material may be visible to other users depending on where it is submitted and the functionality associated with it.
You should avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information in public profiles, reviews, or ordinary messages.
8. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by SpotTiva against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
SpotTiva uses technical mechanisms for secure storage and application operation, including secure local storage and local caching where required for certain application features.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose and legal requirements.
When you request deletion of your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information associated with your account, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.

You may request deletion of your SpotTiva account by contacting us at the email address provided below, subject to any account-deletion functionality available within the application.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate retention requirements.
